I purchased the Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Elite AX DDR5 after a long wait. Everywhere was out of stock, but finally found a good motherboard. My CPU is an Intel i5 13600K. I got a tiny screw in four different sizes—one G connector, plus a slime cable. What purpose does it serve? Do I need it? Let me know if you want more details.

It's tough to spot the other two, but it's likely all four are M2x2.5mm/3mm Phillips screws. They're there to secure your M.2 SSD, whether it's SATA or NVMe. The cable is a straightforward angled SATA data connector, designed for your existing storage interface.

Shohan000 needs an M2 screw for this setup. It requires an NVME SSD and two SATA cables to connect hard drives, SSDs, and DVD drives.
