I don’t notice any signs of it on the entire PC motherboard. It looks like the thermal paste was applied to the CPU, but I’m not sure if it seeped out without leaving any marks. It seems very unlikely for it to reach the side panel.

I visited the shop to replace the old fan for better CPU cooling. While they were taking it out, the fan appeared severely damaged. They installed this new part and it covered the fan completely, likely causing further harm. I think this happened recently, around when the temperature hit 95°C. After switching to a fresh fan and applying proper thermal paste, everything is now functioning well, with a maximum temperature of 62°C. Thanks everyone for your tuning efforts!
