I like the B450 Tomahawk or similar. The M-ATX 2400 MHz is not great. Look for something like Team-Vulcan with 3200 MHz speed. A budget SSD would be a Crucial MX500. I don’t know much about power colors, but Sapphire is preferred. Either option should work. If you want to invest more, consider 1660 or 5700/XT and go for RXMX instead of CXM. At least 550W is recommended, though 450 is fine too.
I’d avoid Kingston A400 due to only a few bad experiences so far; it tends to be unpredictable, particularly with 4K reads/writes. Important SSDs are said to perform better. Also, Ryzen chips require at least 3000MHz DDR4 RAM—unless you’re upgrading the memory myself, I’d switch that out. The power supply is quite basic, so I’d recommend a minimum 550W unit.
The 2400mhz RAM functions, but the Ryzen CPU reacts unpredictably to RAM speed. I’d aim for a minimum of 3000mhz memory (and ideally 16 GB if you can afford it). I started with 2400mhz and upgraded to 3200mhz to match my R5 2400g, and the improvement was clear.
