I adjusted this configuration some time ago, resulting in this output. Could you confirm if it affects text quality?

What configuration? The image only displays a section of an empty black screen. Unless it's a fingerprint ID for touchscreens, Windows Hello fingerprint is likely the option you need. If that's the case, open Start Menu ---> Settings (gear icon) ---> Accounts ---> Sign-In Options. Should a plain background image be obstructing your text, right-click it, choose Personalize, then select Background if it isn't listed by default. You can then adjust the background picture to something different or remove it entirely—just set a solid color under Colors. Edited October 9, 2022 by An0maly_76 Updated with more details

It's not exactly like my mouse is of lower quality, and the text quality is also reduced.

Consider adjusting scaling or layout options. Right-click the background and select Display Settings. Mouse preferences are found under Settings ---> Mouse. Screenshots attached. Updated on October 9, 2022 by An0maly_76 Added further details
