I checked the setup and confirmed the drivers are installed. The issue might be with the hardware connection or the cable itself. Try using a different HD audio cable to rule out the cable problem, and ensure the case is properly seated. If the jack still doesn’t work, it could point to a faulty port or motherboard issue.

If it functioned prior to your adjustments, after you made those changes, it’s reasonable to conclude the hardware is the issue.
