The PC configuration includes an Intel i7-2600 3.4 GHz processor, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 16 GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 1 TB hard drive. I consistently experience microstutters, and I’m uncertain about the cause. Despite planning to upgrade to DDR4 16 GB soon, I anticipate the issue will persist. My primary goal is to enjoy smooth gameplay, but I'm struggling to achieve this. When reviewing benchmarks for my CPU and RAM, they exhibit no stuttering or frame rate drops, while my GPU performs better than expected. I require assistance! Furthermore, my frames per second fluctuate irregularly, and most games are rarely smooth.

What are the CPU and GPU temperatures and utilization rates while playing the game? What is the manufacturer and model number of the power supply unit (PSU)?

Processor temperatures are normal, and graphics card temperatures are normal, and this occurs when I previously used my 1050 Ti, and it happens in all games.
