Hello everyone
Yesterday my computer kept running after I connected a USB to one of the case ports. Initially, the monitor displayed the blue screen of death and then the PC shut down completely. Now, when I attempt to restart it, the CPU light remains active, while the fans spin but there is no visual output.
My system details are:
Power supply: bequiet! Pure power 11 500W
CPU: RYZEN 5 3600
GPU: RTX 2060
Motherboard: MSI B550A Pro
RAM: 2x8 DDR4 3200 CRUCIAL
Storage: 1 SABRENT SSD M.2, 1 samsung ssd 870 EVO
I’m feeling quite worried
Thank you ahead of time
Edit: After removing all RAM, the CPU powers on, then turns off, and the DRAM indicator stays illuminated.

Following the removal of the UBS stick, did you attempt to reset the CMOS and then restart the device?

I powered down all devices and removed the batteries overnight, yet there was still no effect.

This indicates it's still in the BIOS stage.

Did you really employ a jumper or at least utilize a screwdriver to short the pins for 10-15 seconds to reset the CMOS near the CMOS battery? The two pins labeled JBAT1 are positioned directly on the motherboard.

I took out the main power cord from the tower, took out the CMOS battery, connected the pins, pressed the power button several times, and then plugged everything back in but it didn't work.

I would then attempt one stick of memory at a time in each available slot. If that didn't work, I would proceed to MSI support at the provided link.

After trying for two days and finding nothing, I took the PC to a repair shop. I will keep this question open so I can provide updates if the issue is resolved.
