It seems the system doesn't currently handle SLI well or isn't intended for that setup. With a GTX760, 2GB RAM, an i5 4670K, and DX11 it ran at 144066 FPS, while DX12 achieved 7974769 FPS—showing a big gap even on a modest card.

The 690 performs better than a Titan, but that doesn't necessarily indicate it's worth purchasing right now.
