You're asking about which component was damaged—screw or standoff. The left side is the standoff, the right side is the screw. It seems you want confirmation that the screw was broken and the standoff affected it.
it's not just a basic situation. I have this stand-off at home and I can't install it. The only way it comes out is by breaking it, probably. While browsing other motherboards, I noticed most have the standard stand-off you posted here. Asrock B450M Pro-F seems to use a different one, which makes it clear how tight the hole is in the photo.
This standoff should be used with a hex socket for removal; reattaching it securely is recommended. Trying to remove or reattach by pliers may help temporarily, but it risks damaging the component and is not suggested.
It isn't soldered, and the guide on page 37 suggests taking out the standoff depending on your M.2 drive size: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/B450M Pro4-F.pdf. I'm unsure what your best option is if both standoffs are damaged.
I broke only one of them. This is how it looks the one I broke. I'll try to unscrew the other one if I'll have the correct hex socket
