The older AMD motherboard and CPU don't support Windows 11. With the end of Windows 10 support in October, will it be secure or feasible to keep using Windows 10? Might I need to upgrade to a brand new PC eventually? I'm sure others share my concerns.
They didn't know about the $30 choice! It looks like Microsoft will keep supporting and updating Win10 even after it's no longer available.

While the 2000 series was once supported, it appears to be discontinued. The 1000 series requires tmp 1.0 or Windows 10 package 2 for compatibility. The 2000 series needs tmp 2.0, which Windows 11 does support.
For the Ryzen Threadripper 2950X, this model is recommended.
