I can't see or click any boxes on Easus to make a backup.
I own two computers with the exact same settings. Two software licenses are used, but only one of them allows me to pick a specific function. The other version installed from that file works fine. I tried reinstalling again and getting back to #1, but it doesn't work. This is confusing.
When starting a Files backup, I can't pick out any folders to save. They show up but don't tick like the software does on my other computer that's doing it right now.
The issue is fixed. Turns out it wasn't our code, but a confusing or hard-to-read interface that made it impossible to know exactly where to click. If you choose a blank spot and still can't find the right place to act, we need to fix this by changing how things look on your screen.
