I can't push my memory speed up past 3200 MHz using the new chip in my motherboard.
I am trying to push my memory to 3200MHz in the BIOS but every time I try, the screen goes black for a few minutes. Any tips on how to fix this? My RAM is an MSI X570 Gaming Plus Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro with 16GB (8 pairs of sticks) DDR4 running at 3200Mhz.
Try setting the A-XMP profile, but then change the DRAM frequency to 2933 and see if it boots up. If that doesn't work, try lowering the speed to 2866 or even 2666 instead. Make sure your DRAM voltage is set at 1.35V. Sadly, Corsair Vengeance RAM kits have proven not always run at their rated speeds when used with Ryzen systems.
