You can find a download for the Windows 8/8.1 ISO by opening another computer, selecting the appropriate architecture (x64 or 86), and using Rufus to create bootable USB drives.

Choose the correct boot device based on your needs. If you want to access files or install software, use USB FDD. For backup purposes, USB ZIP is suitable. Use USB CDROM for media playback and USB HDD for storage tasks.
