I set up a firewall rule in Windows. There have been ongoing issues with ToredO, it occasionally blocks traffic and sometimes opens, but it drops after roughly ten minutes.

An open port check requires an active service to be running on that port. I doubt your Xbox Live Session would respond. The screenshot you provided indicates it's connected, which is relevant since communication happens with the server. There seems to be another problem here.

the system frequently jumps to the Toredo blocked page. Lately i executed many commands, then the connection dropped and windows troubleshooter activated dhcp. now i’m forced to reconfigure my static ip because it reset unexpectedly. Toredo reports being offline without any errors;c it randomly shuts down and restarts.

The part that says it is blocked is the one marked as such in the system.

It appears the system generates responses unpredictably, pausing for varying durations—sometimes around 10 minutes, other times up to 20. It lets you start a session in Astroneer, but when it interrupts things you may need to restart or rejoin later.

Check out Don Cuthbert's post here. It seems he switched the port and adjusted the virtual adapter settings. He also shared some troubleshooting steps from https://www.repairwin.com/fix-cannot-sta...fy-solved/. Additionally, a Microsoft forum thread lists common ports Xbox Live uses, according to a moderator. I haven't run Windows as a desktop or used Xbox Live Services myself, so I can't provide direct advice on Teredo. I just wanted to highlight the port scan issue he mentioned.
