Google stated this would perform a factory reset, but they are unsure how current it is. When the PC is fully turned off, press the Novo Button on your laptop. This small circular button is typically located near the power button or on the left side of the device. The system will turn on and show the Novo Button Menu. Use the arrow keys to choose System Recovery and then press Enter.
