Are you using this particular method for cloning? If yes, it might be the issue. The scan usually takes around an hour at most. Cloning a 1 terabyte SSD typically requires about ten minutes. If the enclosure is slow, it could be timing out during the process.
Instead of going straight, try this alternative: prepare a USB with Diskgenius that supports booting (download the needed software from Microsoft, it’s simple). Make a disk image of the target drive, saving it to a spacious external location where Windows can access it. Install the new SSD, start Diskgenius on the USB, and boot into the Windows 10 session. Use the image to restore the partition, adjusting its size as needed so the whole drive works. Once done, turn off the USB and everything should function properly.
I managed to clone it. I swapped the front USB C port with a USB port on the back, and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the assistance everyone!
