I managed to start up in BIOS by pressing F2, but now after removing Linux, pressing F2 keeps the system stuck on the laptop logo (Lenovo) without entering BIOS or booting to Windows 11. I was able to reach BIOS via recovery settings too. Another issue is that the laptop won’t boot from a flash drive, even though I changed the boot order through recovery settings. I just need it back to normal. I want to be able to start in BIOS by pressing F2 and also boot into flash drives easily.

Disable the battery or reset the system to remove the CMOS settings.

There isn't another option available. I'm genuinely worried about that time it fails to launch.

Clearing the CMOS is completely secure, so why should you be concerned?
