I need to restart everything twice for a fresh setup. Boot times are significantly slower for slots 1 and 3 compared to slots 2 and 4. However, it might be possible to run programs that take longer to start. This is the reason I'm seeking assistance.

Consider using a single stick in slot 2, then slot 4. This will help determine if the slot is dead and which one is affected.

Slots 2 and 4 started up correctly and launched into Windows fine, though they can't play Fortnite at all by themselves. Everything seems normal with no unusual issues.

Both scenarios result in crashes. It seems unusual. Are you using identical RAM sticks for both tests?

You're skimming through a lot of information. My main worry is a failed RAM module, but the suggestion from @will0hlep means a faulty motherboard isn't out of the question.
