Check your setup carefully: you have a solid base with the Intel Core i5 4590 and a decent AMD Radeon RX470. Your RAM is 8GB total, which is good for most tasks. The storage size is 465GB, enough for media and apps. If you want more performance, consider upgrading to faster RAM or a solid-state drive. For the GPU, the RX470 offers decent gaming and multitasking, but if you plan to play heavy games or edit videos regularly, a newer card might be worth it. Let me know if you need help deciding what upgrade fits your needs best. Thanks for reaching out!

Consider using an SSD for booting and your HDD for media files. A 250 gig 870/860 Evo, MX500, or WD Blue works well. Pick the most affordable option—either the MX500 or the Evo—and you should be okay. Right now isn't the best moment to upgrade the GPU; RAM availability is uncertain, but you might want to think about adding more if needed. Switching to an SSD will significantly improve how quickly the operating system runs overall.

Thanks a lot, I’ll check on getting an SSD once I have enough money. I currently have a pirated Windows 10 and need to find out if I can transfer everything from it to an SSD without losing the original. I’m unsure how to get the original version or if it’s possible at all. My reason for pirating it is because it’s very costly in my area (South Africa), and I’m not part of a wealthy family.

You're welcome to copy your Windows 10 setup. For Samsung SSDs, the Magician Software offers reliable OS transfer. If you purchase another brand SSD, alternatives like AOMEI are available—here’s a link for reference.

It's a bit outdated, around the 7-year-old system era. Focus on SSD boot times and file handling. When GPU prices fall, better GPUs will come but won't compensate for a weak CPU. It would be great if you could get a 4770/4790 CPU K or none at all.
