You're just starting out here, no worries. I've never seen a similar issue with an MSI stealth 15m A11ek. It sounds like the keyboard powers on but the screen stays black, then it might reset or go into recovery. Have you checked the BIOS settings or any error codes?

Usually caused by hibernate settings. Turning off hibernate and sleep modes in the Power Plan menu might help. Look for "Power Plan" in the Control Panel, then disable sleep and hibernate for your chosen plan.

The issue is that I'm struggling to access Windows properly. The laptop seems to be stuck in a restart cycle.

You're likely dealing with distinct problems, where repeated hard restarts due to sleep/hibernate issues have led to Windows corruption. Recovery mode and repair tools like DISM, SFC, and chkdsk are common fixes from the command prompt. I've handled this before on multiple systems—searching thoroughly online usually helps.
