Yesterday I faced issues while streaming with OBS, it kept crashing. After restarting my PC, Windows wouldn't boot properly. I turned it off for the night and planned to fix it before work. Today, after turning it back on, it loaded to the login screen but displayed only a blue screen with the date and time. I thought logging in might resolve it, but when I entered my pin, the screen remained blue with just three icons in the lower right corner, no account details and no way to input my pin. I attempted to restart by clicking the power button and hitting restart, but it didn't work—just froze. I tried booting into recovery mode, using Safe Mode, and even ran the command prompt to troubleshoot, but a fresh Windows install wasn't possible due to UEFI settings. I'm unsure if the problem is hardware-related or software-based. Any advice would be appreciated.

If a new setup still wouldn’t work, it might point to a hardware problem. If possible, attempt booting from an SATA drive to check functionality. I experienced this with a B450 board where the M.2 slot ceased functioning, while an NVMe drive worked in a laptop; it seems the motherboard now rejects M.2 drives.
