I discovered that my CPU is faulty and I’m getting a replacement (the identical one). I wasn’t sure whether I needed to reinstall Windows or if it would still work. Please let me know if I should reinstall or if I can proceed without it. Thank you ahead of time.

You don’t have to reinstall Windows. If you swapped out your motherboard, just install the new drivers. However, if you’re only swapping the CPU, you won’t need to reinstall Windows.
