Would you consider bringing everything back to its original state? Both malwarebytes and Norton detected nothing during the scan, even without an internet connection.

Have you tested safe mode? If so, attempt to download an antispyware; if Malwarebytes didn’t work, it’s likely not simple to eliminate, so be sure to update your passwords afterward. Should removal remain impossible, revert or wipe the system.
