Turning off hibernation will make room, your Hiberfil.sys was near 14GB. If you also have a hard disk, you can relocate your pagefile there https://davescomputertips.com/windows-hi...u-need-it/

Yes very true. Also, if you are under Windows 7, you can shrink the pagefile if you are jam pack with RAM. I said shrink not disabled. Windows 8.x should be doing a good job to not make a too big page file (ie: if you have 32GB of RAM, it won't make a 32GB page file like Windows 7), if I recall correctly. If I am wrong, regardless, you can shrink it.
