My CD holds 100 GB, yet it's nearly full with only a tiny bit of space left. I can't remove anything because I have Windows and a few essential programs taking up most of it. I discovered my appdata folder is huge—about 60 GB. I really need more room but don’t know which files to delete.

I think you can remove the Roaming directory (C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\APPDATA\ROAMING). It seems like it's causing issues.

You discovered a large folder named "temp" inside app data/local, which seems confusing.

Consider using CCleaner to check the details. Your temporary folder uses only 6GB—likely most of it comes from specific files or programs.

There are many files, especially executable ones, occupying most of the space. All my games are on the D: drive. Would it be possible to move the AppData folder there since there’s ample room?

This area holds most of your software setups, configurations, and registry data, along with your account information. You can remove: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local. While technically you could delete everything, it may not work properly because programs and accounts are still active. Instead, try these steps:

- Use CCleaner to clear browser caches, temporary files, etc., without touching the registry.
- Navigate to the Temp folder under "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local" and delete what you can.
- Clear your recycle bin to free space.
- Go to My PC, right-click the C:\ drive, choose Properties, then select Disk Cleanup. Let it scan and remove files.
- Open the new panel that appears and click on "Clean up system files." Confirm by checking all boxes and clicking OK.
- Keep your Downloads folder tidy or empty it if needed.
- If using an HDD, move files from folders like Documents, Music, Videos to a separate folder on the same drive. In Windows, right-click the folder, choose Properties, then Locations, and set the new path (e.g., C:\Documents). Make sure you’re on an internal drive.
- Another option: empty the system Temp folder by going to C:\Windows\Temp, granting permission, and deleting its contents.

Following these actions should free up a noticeable amount of space.

I believe lacking space is more urgent than forgetting passwords, though you could give lastpass a shot.
