Check for tailored solutions by installing a custom bootloader like TWRP and searching for compatible images. If the device is recent enough, CynogenMOD might be the right fit. For non-standard models, success chances are lower. I had to navigate several challenges to get my 2018 tablet running on a custom ROM.
