I own an Apex Pro TKL SteelSeries keyboard and I’m experiencing a problem where my keys lag in input delay for about 3 to 4 seconds before returning to normal. This has only happened with this keyboard for two years, and it’s occurred regardless of the device or keycap used. Even after updating drivers, switching USB ports, cleaning my PC, and resetting the CPU, the issue persists. The delay becomes more noticeable during gaming, writing, or taking notes. My keypads also show random lag spikes when playing games. I’ve searched for solutions but found no effective fixes. Could you help resolve this? The first video shows gameplay of Ultrakill with delayed keys while playing, and the second displays OSU input issues with delayed key presses.

Are you sure the steel series engine is connected and ready to verify the keyboard's firmware?

The steel series engine is installed and all systems are current. I also verified for any available firmware updates.
