I understand if my explanation isn't clear. My language is still developing. Here’s a simpler version:

My PC has an AMD Athlon 3000g CPU, no graphics card, and Gigabyte A3020M-SH2 motherboard. RAM is Kingston fury 1x8GB DDR4. The power supply and HDD are connected properly. When I turn it on, the fan spins and mouse/keyboard work, but the case lights don’t light up. Nothing shows on the monitor. I’ve checked cables, fans, and everything seems fine. I’m not sure what’s wrong and would really appreciate help.

Do you recall the BIOS that came with the motherboard? A minimum of F40 is required to support a 3000G. There might be a label on the board showing the version number. You’ll likely need an older CPU to upgrade the BIOS.

The issue might stem from incorrect connections on the front panel, specifically the 'pwr led' and 'hdd led'. Also, ensure the 'hdd led' is properly polarized (+ and -). It's unclear if this affects the boot or display problems.

I'm sorry, but the picture of the PC is horrible. Could you take another with much more lighting???? Cause it appears as though the board is just floating in the case?. I don't see any screw heads. I'd check the standoff placement and be sure none are contacting the back of the board.

It seems this A320 motherboard might lack the BIOS needed for the 3000 series CPU unless the packaging specifies otherwise. You can return it to Gigabyte for updates or consider using a previous CPU model to flash it, if a friend or nearby shop has one available.
