It depends on the region; you might need two units for the PSU and one for the monitor there.

Are there no markings to distinguish the components? Is one of the cables thicker than the others? If a brand is involved, you might search online, and by reviewing unboxing clips you could try to identify them. It’s unlikely to make a big difference either way, though a power supply unit might carry a more robust cable than a display.

Both mention 16A, but I couldn't locate details on placement or differences. No unboxing content was found.

It feels quite straightforward, and I believe most people anticipate it should be understood:

When both indicate 16A, it’s safe to proceed with either option. Even if not, compatibility remains acceptable. For certainty, you could remove the cables and check the gauges, but that would undermine the goal. Edit: just noticed your 16A spec, you’re good (max 3500W, 3-pin, one inverted). PSU and monitor power cables are generally similar, though the wire size and fuse may vary depending on the device's power requirements. For optimal performance, use the PSU cable for the PSU and the monitor cable for the monitor, though this is usually not a major issue. I often try to keep my cables separate, even if it’s been done before.
