It’s understandable to feel unsure—connecting cables incorrectly can cause problems. The Corsair RM 650 power supply uses a 2-pin cable, while the Gigabyte G27FC monitor requires a 3-pin connector. Make sure the 3-pin cable goes into the monitor and the 2-pin cable into the power supply. Double-check the labels on both devices to avoid mistakes.

You can use the 2-pin cables as they are included in the box.

The connections on the back of the PC and monitor appear complex. Male plugs are present, but matching them to female sockets isn't straightforward.

These devices connect to the PC and monitor, which are female connectors, but they end up plugging into the power supply outlets in my home.

Which nation are you from? The initial wire resembles a European power connector, whereas the subsequent one appears similar to a UK-style plug.

It's not typical, but certain makers do this, or retailers sometimes include items tailored for other areas since they recognize the product's intended use.
