You can manage the settings directly through your motherboard's BIOS or dedicated software like OpenRGB, bypassing Windows 10.

I’m familiar with OpenRGB, but I haven’t personally used it. This isn’t a recommendation. You can check it out here: https://gitlab.com/CalcProgrammer1/OpenRGB. I just re-read your message again—seems like you haven’t tried it yet. It looks like the hardware listing appears to be showing issues.
