I haven't tried your option. I use it on my computer and am having trouble installing Windows. @Droidbot, you've already done it before—no need for me to try.

Your ISO could be corrupted. Did you install Windows directly onto the USB drive? If yes, please retry the process.

I used a Windows 7 USB utility and everything appeared to function properly there. If I tried another operating system, would your solution still apply?

I faced that issue before while setting up Windows on my laptop. Turning off the DVD drive fixed it. After finishing the installation and the computer started up normally, everything worked correctly.
