Hey there, I just purchased an affordable RX580 and was checking it out. During testing, I noticed it came with a mining BIOS that reduced the clock speeds from the default 1366MHz to 1120MHz and fixed them. Even with AMD’s boost or afterburner, the speeds stay locked. My tech power is on, and I’ve tried all available BIOS options for the card, but none work. It says the card isn’t compatible with the AMD flashing software. This issue appears with both BIOS versions since they all have a switch for compatibility. Do you know if there’s a tool or method to fix this? I’m building a PC for my nephew.

The cards are upgraded to 580 chips, similar to the 570 models. SP refers to streaming processors. GPU-Z indicates the GPU status for this card.
