CPU model: Ryzen 5 5600X
Motherboard: Asus Tuf b550 Plus with Wi-Fi II
RAM: Kingston Fury Renegade 16x 2x8 at 3600MHz
Boot behavior: Loops when DOCP option 1 is chosen; safe mode starts after that.
Task Manager shows 3000MHz instead of the expected 3600MHz.

I adjusted the RAM to the opposite port and it functioned properly now. It’s running at a stable 3600MHz. Initially it was in the slot nearest to the CPU, but after swapping, it worked correctly.

I think you're referring to slots 2 and 4 now. Didn't use 1 and 2 before? It's good that it's working.
