It originally came with Windows 7. That means it had a physical key with a COA label, since digital licenses don’t exist for it. You’ll need a fresh installation to switch the operating system. Downgrading only works if you still have the original files after upgrading from 7 to 10. In some cases, Pro offers downgrading as a feature.
