Your system already has a Radeon 8570 chip. The recommended drivers are for the newer Radeon R7 model, not the older HD 8xxx series. Go ahead with the Radeon R7 updates.

The 8570 is mainly an OEM version of the 7000 line. I verified it uses the same 'Oland' GPU as the R7 240 and R7 250, so it should work fine.

Sure thing, just realized my old system might have really gone haywire or I overlooked a driver update from AMD.
