Installed the F14 BIOS, it appears to flash DRAM and the CPU on the board is leading.

Maybe your RAM isn't matching the current specs anymore. It seems like an update changed the frequency from 2400MHz to 2666MHz, and the system rebooted after removing the old one.

You might need to replace the motherboard and maybe the RAM again, since having two RAM sticks doesn’t work—only one should be installed. This usually happens if the slots aren’t aligned or if there’s a compatibility issue.

Checking if your CPU is still working properly is a good idea. If your old system runs smoothly and the RAM functions correctly, it’s likely your CPU isn’t the issue.
