That’s essentially what happened. I spilled liquid everywhere on my laptop, removed the power cord and battery, disassembled it, and let it dry for a few days—it still doesn’t work now. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. P.S. It smells really bad now.

I believe the laptop might be damaged. Perhaps follow Microsoft's guidance. To remove milk from your keyboard, flip it upside down and place it in a warm, dry area for two days. This should help evaporate any liquid. Test each key to ensure proper function. If issues persist, you may need to disassemble the keyboard and dry each part individually.

Milk is the worst substance to drop anywhere. That’s why I’d rather someone urinate in my car than have milk on the seats or carpets. The only solution is to take apart the whole thing, scrub every surface thoroughly, and clean it with isopropyl alcohol.
