I tried using the ISO on both a USB stick and a micro SD card, but neither allowed the Nano to show a display. I’m not sure if I made a mistake.

Did you adhere to the steps for flashing the microSD card to the device? Are you certain power and your screen are connected to the Jetson properly? A green LED should illuminate when powered on. Is the SD card at least 32GB in capacity? Do you need to unzip the file before proceeding with the flash?
