I believe the CPU might be leading to the GPU dropping frames between 0 and 5 during gaming or video editing?
Recently my computer began showing slowdowns and stuttering. After playing a game, I noticed significant frame drops after about an hour. The CPU and GPU temperatures seem normal, so I’m trying to figure out what else might be the issue.

Does this occur in every game or is it specific to this one? It might be due to a problem with the game, which would likely become obvious through a quick online search. If not, don't depend solely on temperatures—watch the clock speeds; the hardware keeps things down to ensure temperatures stay within safe limits, so temperatures should generally be fine.
