Essentially the same setup, starting at 3.8, then jumping to 4.4 when PBO was enabled. I needed per ccx OC with a positive offset to hit 4.55. Temperatures are already high, but you might do better with a cooler.

Thanks for the link. Since I'm running cool, shouldn't I be increasing to 4.4 instead of staying at 4.1?

3.8-4.1 refers to the stock version, pbo with no other changes was 4.4. If saving PBO in BIOS isn't functioning, consider using Ryzen Master in Windows instead.
