Reset the CMOS, power off the machine and disconnect it briefly, then attempt again.
If you adjusted voltages and power settings, you could have caused lasting harm (particularly with a weak PSU and high voltage)

Thanks, I unplugged it briefly and then reconnected it, but I'm really clueless—I'll definitely avoid MSI Afterburner again.

thanks a lot! I unplugged it for a while and plugged it back in. I’m really clueless now—MSI Afterburner is probably not worth my time anymore. Just wanted to learn about overclocking and its impact on parts. Light overclocking usually works fine, but I think it’s smart to read up on voltage control before trying to boost clocks higher.

I just want to stay away from it and be safe xD but I only tried it again because on my 1060 I'm getting around 30-50 fps in the BF1 beta, no matter the settings—it's the same whether it's low or ultra. I even tried overclocking and boosting it. Thanks again.

That seems like a CPU issue... Do you have an FX6300 or something?

It's okay except for BF1. The CPU is really bad... You should try to overclock it to more than 4GHz to make it function properly in most recent games.
