Connect the AIO fans to the CPU_FAN port. Attach the AIO Pump to the pump header beside the CPU_FAN. Disconnect the CMOS battery for five minutes, reinstall it, and retry.

I own three cables linked to the AIO, but only one is plugged into the motherboard—this has been the case for a long time. I’m unsure about the purpose of the remaining two.

It's great news! The risk of damaging your PC by changing a few fan cables is very small. What kind of AIO do you have? One that resembles an A-RGB cable.

I believe the freezer II model is correct. After removing the battery and connecting it to the pump fan, the white light remained unchanged.

Additionally, all components are causing the CPU fans and GPU fans to spin continuously, it appears the motherboard isn’t detecting the CPU properly.

Both fan headers are connected to the motherboard. The pump header links to the AIO water pump, while the CPU fan connects to a general fan port. Make sure the CPU fan cable is properly attached since the system won’t start without it.
