Undervolt your CPU by -20 to -30 and adjust the PPT, TDC, and EDC settings in your BIOS accordingly.
You're aiming for better performance or lower temperatures. If your cooling is effective, you won't rely on negative CO, as it's mainly for managing temperatures.
If you lack experience, I wouldn't waste time with voltage manipulation.
Your processor is already quite capable, so you probably won't notice any improvement without a proper synthetic test.
In the Curve Optimizer (CO) Section of your bios, there will be an option to use the negative undervolt. You can do it all core or per core.
Simply choose an offset Positive or Negative (negative in your case) and set it to -10. Start there. Reboot, test with CB R23 and note down your scores and temps.
Then go back and set the offset to -20, wash, rinse, repeat. You do not need to touch any voltage settings to do this. This is why we have CO.
