I’m hoping to begin playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey, however, I’ve discovered that I am unable to start any other Ubisoft titles – including Assassin's Creed III, Far Cry 3, and Assassin’s Creed IV. When I attempt to launch AC 4, for instance, I encounter the UPlay loading screen followed by a series of initial prompts that abruptly cause the game to fail. Are there any possible fixes?

Using in-game programs (like Uplay) or external overlays, along with specific application launches, can sometimes lead to these issues. If you attempt to disable individual startup programs, proceed cautiously and test the game launch after each change. This will help you identify the root cause of the problem if disabling multiple programs simultaneously doesn’t reveal a solution.
