This link is displaying a 5Ghz connection.
Are you using your hub to broadcast both 2.4 and 5Ghz networks with separate SSIDs?
The hub is configured by default, implying it chose the channels automatically
I believe it supports both 5 and 2.4, likely adjusting based on the network. To switch to 2.4, I'll attempt the 2.4 setting and check if it resolves the problem.
Access your hub/router using the admin account. Adjust the wireless network settings to assign distinct names to the 2.4 and 5GHz networks.
Hi!
Thank you for the thorough details. It seems the problem could be linked to the WiFi driver—please try updating it on your computer and check if it improves the situation.
Another factor might involve the distance between your PC and the router. Could you share the distance and any obstacles like walls?
We’re doing our best to assist you in fixing this!
I've attempted to update the wifi drivers, but it indicates the best ones are already installed. The router is on another side of the room with no wall separating it from my PC. I'm using both PCs connected through the Wi-Fi extender instead of directly linking to the router/Hub, which operates at 2.4Ghz. My broadband supports both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.
