I am unable to establish a direct connection with your broadband service provider's hub or router.
I can link to WiFi through a WiFi Extender, but not directly to my broadband provider's Hub. This problem only affects my PC. I can connect to my neighbour's Broadband Hub via WiFi without any issues. All other devices and my other PC work perfectly with the Hub/Router. I've tried resetting the router, network adapter, disabling and enabling it, updating Windows and driver, but still can't identify the problem. Any assistance or solution would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't attempted connecting via wire because the broadband hub is far away, but the Wi-Fi functions well with the extender or neighboring networks.
Could it be related to BIOS settings? Both of my computers are updating to it, while phones and tablets remain unaffected.
Both my devices are Beelink Ser5 and Beelink EQR5
They use Intel WiFi 6 Ax200 adapters
What is the overall number of gadgets linked to your residence's internet system?
Check if the hub/router and wifi extender work on 2.4 and 5 Ghz with separate SSIDs.
I recently relocated and subscribed to VM Broadband, which functioned smoothly for about four to five months. During that time, there was an outage in the area, after which I began facing this problem again. They replaced the hub twice, so I changed my broadband provider to Vodafone to fix the issue. It worked well for a few days before the same problem resurfaced.
I currently use a Vodafone power hub (5GHZ). The extender is a TP-Link model with a 300Mbps connection (2.4GHZ) and the Wi-Fi remains stable when connected to it.
I have six devices connected: two phones, two PCs (one is currently off), one tablet, and an Amazon Fire Stick.
All connections are functioning properly with the extender, and Wi-Fi operates correctly across the system. When linking devices to the hub, each device connects smoothly, except for the two PCs where Wi-Fi performance is affected.
