Hi, I recently got a new PC and I have the Windows 10 license that came with it. I activated it on my laptop, but when I try to activate it on my PC, I keep seeing some errors. Do you know how to fix this? Maybe I should deactivate it on the laptop instead. Thanks! Also, sorry for the bad English.

Once you've used it, it won't be available while it's active on your desktop. You'll need to contact mricosoft for assistance.

Purchase a fresh license for your PC or contact Microsoft to explore their options (note: assistance availability varies based on the representative you connect with).

If you turn it off on your laptop, it won't work on any other computer.

If you turn it off, you should be able to use it elsewhere. It can't run on more than one machine at the same time.

Only the Retail license for Windows can be transferred. OEM licenses are not transferable.
