Hello, the changes I made to my BIOS affected three settings. First, I enabled the XMP profile at 3600MHz. Second, I turned on the 4G decoding feature and activated the resizable bar. After saving and exiting the BIOS, the PC stopped showing any display—lights for everything were on, including the fan, GPU, and RAM lights. I forced shutdown by holding the power button and restarted it. Once I powered it back on, the display returned. I then went to sleep.
The next day, the PC still didn’t show a display, and this has continued ever since.
I tried several solutions: removing RAM modules, switching RAM to different slots, using a single stick only, resetting the CMOS, and even applying a Q-flash of the latest BIOS. The Q-flash didn’t help. I also tried applying an older BIOS version, but that didn’t work either. After resetting the CMOS, the PC would power on briefly before shutting down again.
My PC specifications are as follows:
CPU: i3-12100f
GPU: Zotac 3060ti
PSU: Corsair rm850e
Motherboard: Gigabyte B660m d3sh AX DDR4
RAM: XPG Spectrix D50 3600MHz

Have you disconnected the PC from the power source before removing the CMOS battery? If not, it won’t reset properly. Also, make sure to leave the PC running for at least 20 seconds or restart it by repeatedly pressing the power button to discharge any capacitors after unplugging it.
Verify the most recent BIOS version for your motherboard. NVIDIA mentions that the 3060Ti might require a vBIOS update. Visit the manufacturer's website to check for available updates. It could be useful to adjust the BIOS one by one to identify which change resolves the problem.
I also discovered several references indicating that enabling the "Resizable Bar" caused their systems to underperform. It appears your CMOS reset might have been handled improperly. Additionally, was the CSM turned off?
Yes, I should have adjusted the settings one at a time. I've reset the CMOS multiple times, (the power cable was unplugged and the PSU switch was set to 0), I watched every YouTube tutorial on the subject and followed them all. I even left the cell out for over 30 minutes.
I flashed the newest update and it worked, but the PC remained unchanged—everything turned on, yet there was no display. I’m not sure I can install vBIOS without a screen.
so now I have flashed the latest version of BIOS, did the CMOS reset exactly as explained by you guys, but Still no hope of any display.
There is a motherboard light on my mobo, that light is not turning on for some reason, (this might be helpful in solving this issue), here is a

So you used the GPU from a friend, reset the BIOS, replaced your own GPU, and it worked. To mark it as solved, just follow the usual steps for confirming completion.
