Sure, I adjusted it back to the orange Rams slots just to check during photo capture. I’ll take apart it and send you the update soon.

I’d attempt to begin outside the case. However, you’ll need to remove the PSU and cooler first—especially if it’s an AIO. The cooler doesn’t need to be connected just to test functionality. A single fan can help confirm if it starts. Expect diagnostic lights and RGB indicators to activate if your board supports them, and once it starts you can install the cooler. Then connect the fan and pump.

I removed the fan hub for my LED lights and checked the power supply—it functions properly. I tried using a paper clip on the 24 pins, but nothing happened when I connected it to my CPU.

Also no warning indicators appear on your board. Might it be related to the transition between your new motherboard and CPU? This could have affected your PSU's performance, reducing power to your fans. @Robchil

Sure, the standoffs in the back might be interfering with your mainboard.

If it's a mainboard issue, then power shouldn't be flowing into the fans via the board.

If your fans activate when you switch on the power supply, there might be a short in the circuit. It shouldn't provide power to the fans when the PC isn't running. Remove it and see if the issue persists without the case.

I also used a different PSU just to be safe, but the issue remains unchanged. I removed it from the case and repeated the same steps. It still doesn't activate properly once installed on the motherboard—only the fans spin without any LED light.

this setup works perfectly when the CPU cable is connected and a PSU tester is placed on the 24-pin connector (the tester connects two pins to start the PSU). it’s often used to manage a water pump during water cooling. i’m suggesting you might have a short circuit inside the mainboard. the CPU cable provides power to the fans, among other functions. if you remove the mainboard with the RAM and CPU removed and only connect the PSU to one fan, does that issue persist?

It was strange to notice it functioning well a few days ago until I changed it, possibly requiring a visit to a tech repair shop. I've tested everything and don't have a backup motherboard, which might mean several issues could be present. Thanks! @Robchil
